cleanliness was top notch - the location is great - on the way to Puerto Varas - got some cool local tips, and the spa area stood out with its indoor and outdoor pools - saunas.

The hotel had a great view of the lake, which was absolutely breathtaking. The Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. The indoor swimming pool in the spa was fantastic. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast included a variety of options and was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed at a hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake. The rooms were spacious and the bed offered a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices available. Staff was also friendly and helpful, able to book tours and taxis.

One of the key things that we looked forward to was the spa, but we were disappointed that some of the facilities were not working. The showers and pool jets were faulty, and the ladies' sauna was not working.

Fantastic view, spacious room, delicious breakfast, incredible spa zone, top-quality massage services.
